1. Create a New WhatsApp Template
To create a new WhatsApp template:
- Navigate to the WhatsApp Templates section within Agent Studio.
- Click the New WhatsApp Template button to open the template creation interface.
- Provide a Template Name (e.g.,

). - Enter the Message content. You can use dynamic fields (e.g.,

- In the WhatsApp Templates section, select the template you wish to delete.
